2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer within the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

- A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- The product must not have been used, consumed, or tampered with.
- All original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened or have had their seal broken cannot be accepted for return. This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which permits the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
- We will refund the full price of the product, including the standard delivery cost (if applicable). If you chose an express or premium delivery option, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.
6. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen). In such cases:
- Contact us within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect (you have up to 3 years from delivery to make a claim under Swedish law).
- We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.
- You may also be entitled to compensation for any additional costs incurred as a result of the defect.

7. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you and cover the cost of returning the incorrect item.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed (for hygiene and health protection reasons).
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
- Products returned without prior notice of withdrawal.
